Mental Health Monday: Boundaries

Happy Mental Health Monday!

Today's a great day to identify and set boundaries. Boundaries are not WALLS!
Boundaries look like this:
- Saying NO to a new commitment or task when you don't have time
- Giving yourself QUIET time each day (no phone, no computer, and maybe no other people)
- Telling people what you like (MORE please)
- Asking questions like "Is this okay?" or "Are you cool with . . .?"
